Sound problem on galaxy a71

Recently, i am having sound reduction problem on my galaxy a71. While watching a video or listening music, few seconds later sound became very low. Restarting the video or music solves it for few seconds or minute but eventually its get low again. Is it hardware or software issue? Anyone having the same issue?

Recently, mine started doing the same. Even, if I restart the device it will only work dor some minutes, and then the sound is low again. it's the bottom speaker which is always affected.

Hi! I have samsung galaxy A71. Whenever I play videos or music it fluctuates (voice level reduces and increase) automatically. It is so annoying. Why is this happening? Mostly when I call someone or receive I face mic issue receiver does hear my voice. Usually I hangup the call and call again then it works.

Its software bug. I am having this issue for last 14-16 months. But a week ago, my sound problem automatically fixed. I dont know what happen but its fixed. I think its not permanet because after one week i am seeing the same symptom, and i am affraid my sound might cause the same problem again.

Bug problem should be resolved. It shouldn't be for this much longer period samsumg should fix it asap. And after knowing why is not fixed in such a long period?

I visited service center twice and they changed my speaker which last for 2 months maximum then problem started again. I also send feedback to samsung. I suggest you do the same. Its not only few peoples problem. If you serach on google about this problem, u will see how people are suffering but samsung doesnt care at all.
