Software update

Good night guys I have Galaxy A50 and it still with the Android 9 and when I check for update does say software update, do you guys know how can I update my phone

Just click on download from software update and it will download it and press install. It will do it for you.

You can download your device through the Smart Switch App  or you can take it to the service center for an update. 

Visit the link below to download smart switch on your PC and Phone, connect the phone to the PC using a USB cable, then open Smart switch on both devices and update the software.

ialraday try all this two way and it still saying software updated

Your phone will not receive software updates because you bought it in India it's not a South African version however you need to get it checked by a Samsung Authorised service center they will flash it for you and reload software updates and it's not for free thou A50 is on the android 11
