Hey guys I've been using this Samsung for 3months and it's not into the Samsung software and I can't update it please help if you can.

And share the codes on that phone so we can see provided your software, it might be a rebuild and was force installed with a foreign software

This phone should be on android 15 and ui7.0, as of this month.

I would say take it to your nearest samsang service centre and get them to install the latest software for you as it will be genuine software.

I don't think where I live there's a Samsung shop if I go to vodacom will they assist me?

Hi maroros, that's correct. You may the device to your nearest Store a Vodacom is an Authorized service centre.

Below are the steps to navigate the link:

Under" Find a Support Centre" please choose "Mobile Phone" on the left side at the top.
Then type the name of the area in the search bar.

If you bought it from Vodacom, maybe...but if not, a Samsung experience centre is what you need. But check on the website for the closest Samsung shop
