Hey guys I've been using this Samsung for 3months and it's not into the Samsung software and I can't update it please help if you can.

go to software update then enter on last update then take a screenshot

I've been doing that I even restarted my phone and it wrote things in red that it might be harmful and I shouldn't put important or sensitive things on the phone
