As you have shared the above screenshot the error you are getting on display, there is also mentioned that to resolve the issue you need to restart the device and check after that once. If still facing issue we would request you kindly visit the service center and inspect your device with the technical team end, they will provide you with all the information in a better way after inspecting the device physically.
