Slow Camera Shutter Issue on A33 5G

Hi everyone,

I hope you're doing well. I've been experiencing some issues with the camera shutter on my A33 5G phone. It seems to be very slow, causing delays in capturing photos, and sometimes resulting in blurred images.

I've tried checking out some YouTube videos for solutions, and they mentioned using an app that unfortunately isn't available on Samsung or Play Store. Despite this, the problem persists, with a noticeable delay of about 1 second before the image is saved.

Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a workaround? Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated.

The only working solution i found was by resetting the device.

Reset the camera settings: Home screen tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.
Clear camera application data: Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Data.
Check app cache: Settings > Apps > Camera> Storage > Clear Cache.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
