Sim card only works on wifi

My fellow Samsung members help me please my phone a23 I restarted it after restart the Sim doesn't work anymore only on wifi calling I tried factory reset, network reset, firmware install nothing works the Sim only works on wifi I don't what to do it was working fine before normal restart after restart it no more working it showing this 🚫by the signal bar

I don't know if it was factory reset would have sold it and I tried to restore my back up settings I did before this happened

Or factory resetting without backing up settings?

I did nothing seems to work I tried flashing a new firmware nothing

Restart your device several times exchanging sims ,it will eventually work, someone i know had the same issue

Been restarting so far no luck I'll keep trying and let you know how it goes

And also try to insert a different line in your phone and advise

Ensure Airplane Mode is turned off.

Turn it on, wait a few seconds, and then turn it off again to reset network connections.
