Play store doesn't work

Hi can you guys help, my play store app says and acts as if I have no internet when I try to use it while connected to the wifi but it works fine if I use my own internet data. How can I fix this, I already checked system update, I even cleared the cache and data for play store, and still the same result

Have you considered turning off your phone and turning it back on?

It could be a weak network connection

Go into settings apps look for play store and google play services go to storage clear its cache
