I has been causing an problem with sim card not detected in my aamsung Galaxy A50S .And during calls it will automatically switch to flight mode can any one give the solution for it.

goto settings>general management>reset>reset network settings.

check if this helps.

We understand the inconvenience you have faced. Kindly follow the below mentioned steps to improve the performance of the device related to network:

 

  1. Activate SIM Card: Home Screen>> Settings>> SIM Card manager>> Tap the switch to activating SIM.
  2. Check device network mode settings: Settings >> Connections >> Mobile networks >> network mode SIM1 or SIM2 >> network mode.
  3. Check network operator settings: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode. Check device network in open area. Kindly check your device in a different location/network coverage area.

 

If the issue still persist, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Samsung Members App Get help> Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)
