SIM 2 : I am facing many problems since September software update.

I have dual SIM installed in my phone, but sometimes I see that "SIM 2" is not detected. And showing SIM 2 not installed. Now when i restart the phone i am showing two sim card means sim 2 is working fine.

I do not understand what is the problem of Samsung? Why make so many mistakes? Are they sending software updates to keep our phone good or ruin it? I want to say only on thing that Samsung is slowly losing its loyal customers. What is the benefit of people buying such expensive phones ?

Hopefully Samsung will fix these things in the next software update.

Thank you.
