Samsung Galaxy A72 - software update problem

The last software update was done in the phone on October 2023. And post that, there are no updates available. The security patch level update was done on September 2023.

Samsung should really think about their customer experience.

When Samsung Galaxy A72 launched, it shipped with Android 11, but has since been updated to Android 14 (6 Jan 2024). This phone was originally released on 4 / 2021. Samsung Galaxy A72 has reached its end of life, meaning that there wont be any further (official) Android updates for it. It might receive security patches, but wont get new Android operating system updates from its manufacturer.
