Should I really trust Samsung OTA update or Ignore?

I can see lots of people complaining about auto restart issue. I can see I have received an update on my phone. Should I trust this update? I am afraid of auto restart issue after update.

I already update to one UI 4
After that I got to know that samsung is pushing a **bleep** updates ( not sure if this things are planned). So I am upset a little

Your right,it's all planned.
As soon as your phone completes a year or so you start to face random issues out of nowhere!!!
They use low quality material and chip components which are planned to last a year.

Yeah but in majority cases it's the updates which need to be blamed!!!
Updates send a code to the motherboard which causes restarting issues.
