I was facing battery issue in my device so I visited service center..they first told me use the phone for 10min just to check the how much battery is draining after which they told me just for now we will do a factory reset then use the phone 2-3 days then if u change battery issue then we will replace the battery so,right now I'm check the performance of this device!

Service center person just did factory restart and said to wait for 2-3days if it's battery working good then continue using it else there will be battery replacement
