Samsung Galaxy A55 has serious issues in Camera Processing . It's not issue after update while it seems like the issue it's congenital issue. 

Specific Problem : 
1. Color Balance Issue : Most of the Dark time it captures wrong tint or unbalance color senario. Tint, Satuaration, Hue - These are totally **bleep** in compare to balace.
Compare to Others A series model eg A52s, That's capture better and accurate color. 

2. Lack of Features: While others brand provides digitally Zoon 2X portrait at.least but why samsung doesn't have? I think, From pricing senario, it's too necessary provide. It will be very good if comes with one ui 7 but i can't expect 😔 

3. Camera Switching: From video mode, Main to Ultra and Ultra to Main, Lens Switching time still worse compare to launching time. Especially in 4k mode it takes good time. 

4. Worst Selfie camera: I think on Samsung Galaxy A55 comes with most worstest selfie camera. I think it's a problem of optimization and processing. Becouse i observed that, Normal mode capture and process trash and night mode with low light ( not deep dark) is good processing.



My Observation: These photos processing is bad as a samsung phone. Becouse here lack of shapness and unbalance color processing. 

These phone launched like 10-11 months but why samsung team isn't serisous for fix it? 

I'm from Bangladesh. Color Tone is getting bad compare to budget.

Note that the picture, photo clarity of the current smartphones will not be equal or cross the clarity of old Nokia N8 and Nokia 808 pureview (that had carl zeiss lens + xenon flash) or DSLR. Just fine tune the settings or use custom mode for photo and video to change the setting. Thats all you can do.

Okh..But comapare to other mid ranges in my region , the camera performance of my phone is trash . It's lack of sharpness compare to motorola some devices eg; edge 50 fusion. And Samsung doesn't provide any options to customize settings more even gcam doesn't available that can i use for alternative solution.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue. We are taking your valuable feedback regarding Camera issue.

● Reset the camera settings: Tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps:
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
