Serisous Issue On A55

Samsung Galaxy A55 has serious issues in Camera Processing . It's not issue after update while it seems like the issue it's congenital issue. 

Specific Problem : 

1. Color Balance Issue : Most of the Dark time it captures wrong tint or unbalance color senario. Tint, Satuaration, Hue - These are totally **bleep** in compare to balace.

Compare to Others A series model eg A52s, That's capture better and accurate color. 

2. Lack of Features: While others brand provides digitally Zoon 2X portrait at.least but why samsung doesn't have? I think, From pricing senario, it's too necessary provide. It will be very good if comes with one ui 7 but i can't expect 😔 

3. Camera Switching: From video mode, Main to Ultra and Ultra to Main, Lens Switching time still worse compare to launching time. Especially in 4k mode it takes good time. 

4. Worst Selfie camera: I think on Samsung Galaxy A55 comes with most worstest selfie camera. I think it's a problem of optimization and processing. Becouse i observed that, Normal mode capture and process trash and night mode with low light ( not deep dark) is good processing.

My Observation: These photos processing is bad as a samsung phone. Becouse here lack of shapness and unbalance color processing. 

These phone launched like 10-11 months but why samsung team isn't serisous for fix it? 

I'm from Bangladesh. Color Tone is getting bad compare to budget.

There it's good color process but lack of shaprness

Need More eye catchy color. If will be Vivid filter.... 😔

Human Prortrait is normal but should be more accurate color balance

thanks for reply as details procedure. but I'm not only one that facing like this problem.
I'm joined a facebook group of A55 community. There i see similar problem that faces many people. So i think it's a issue of software that related to processing algorithm. It can be solved via software update if team work on it specifically on specific issue such as manage color tone in dark times, better selfie processing and add 2x digital zoom in Prortrait mode.

Samsung has no concern over this globally serious issue. They will launch a faulty device taking a high amount of money, and will provide low quality camera, display etc in the name of brand value. It's been almost 9 months since the phone was launched. Till date, they didn't take any fruitful move ensuring us an expected midrange quality.

Regretting a lot after shifting to this rubbish phone from A52.

Yeah, I think A52s was the last good phone of A 50 series.

A52 and A52s both were very adorable. I wish I had A52 again, seemingly better camera quality than this rubbish A55 I'm using.

Unfortunately, the tech YouTubers are also paid. If it had been OnePlus or any other Chinese brand, they'd bring 100 videos regarding our complaints. As it's Samsung, the so called no.1 brand with the best and ever best after sale service.

Yeah you're right. I have been seen this. Samsung Phone best no issue etc ..But No one highlight issue of budget samsung phone.
