Secure folder problem in Samsung A35

When I tap on secure folder , This pop up shows up and secure folder does not open. 

Does any one knows any solution..

Special mention: i have bought the phone on Bajaj Finance and all the EMI is done.

Bro mere pass Jio nahi Airtel hai also mai BGMI , CODM nahi khelta so mai ispe kuch nahi bol sakta
