My Samsung Galaxy A34 is not installing Secure Folder. My phone is not rooted, and I have not changed the ROM.

Just go to samsung care and tell them to reinstall the whole os and your problem will be solved. 🙏

Or you can do by your self please reset you device & try to install latest update it might be helpful.

That is the error you get when you unlock the bootloader (tripping the Knox fuse). Now as the fuse has been tripped, even relocking the bootloader won't make Knox work as the fuse is tripped. If you can root again, use a module like KnoxPatch by using the KernelSU kernel which can found on XDA or use Magisk whatever idk. If you haven't unlocked your bootloader, try to find out who did. Did you buy it second hand? Did you give it to a service center?

Check your Knox status here if it doesn't show 0x0, aka it shows 0x1 means your Knox fuse is tripped and should either forget about Knox features (Secure folder, Samsung wallet, Samsung Health and a few more) or root to get KnoxPatch module which will spoof your Knox fuse status as 0x0.
