Screen touch and freezing problem

In my new samsung a15 model i have face so many screen touch problems since i brought it some time even if i am not using it and suddenly unlock the phone and start using it the phone doesn't response properly it got hanged and touch also not working i don't know what causing it software or hardware but it's a big issue because it's happening many times like 4-5 times in a week anf it's frustrating i didn't ever except something like this from samsung 
Even in my old phone a10 it got hanged or slowed but never ever faced any touch or ghost touch issue frustrating brand i know even if i am gonna go to service center they are like use it for a little and say ok it's fine and i am a phd scolar i don't have time to argue or fight with anyone still if after next update samsung don't fix it i will try in service center 
Shameful act by samsung 
Even they lunch same specification phone rebranding as m series with extra 1000 mah battery in low price 
What even samsung doing destroying trust for marketing good strategy samsung 👏

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and go to service center for check and resolves this issue. Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issues.

1. Galaxy device hanging issue: ● Kindly check the space on your device:
Path: Settings > Battery and device Care > Storage
To improve the device performance there should be sufficient space.

● Kindly check the RAM in your device:
Path: Settings > Battery and Device Care > Memory.
The device's RAM should be free to improve performance. So clear the RAM once a day.

● Clear app cache through Device care:
Tap on Settings>Device Care> Storage> Clean Now.

● The clear cache memory of a particular application:
Settings > Apps > Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.

● Is there any unnecessary application running in the background?
Kindly close the background running applications in the device (Tap the left side key & close the background running application).

● Kindly uninstall that application by following the below steps and check once as the issue might occur due to third-party applications: Settings> Apps> Select the third-party application from Apps> Uninstall.

● Kindly check if you are using a memory card on your device.
If you are using the memory card on your device. we will advise you to safely remove it from your device. For this follow the below steps:

Step 1: Before removing the memory card, first, unmount it for safe removal.
On the Home screen, tap Apps > Settings > Device maintenance > Storage > More option > Storage settings > SD card > Unmount. Insert the ejection pin into the hole on the tray to loosen the tray.
Note: Ensure that the ejection pin is perpendicular to the hole. Otherwise, the device may be damaged.

Step 2: Pull out the tray gently from the tray slot.
Step 3: Remove the memory card.
Step4: Insert the tray back into the tray slot
Note: Please ensure that the memory card is not removed while the device is transferring or accessing information. Doing so can cause data to be lost or corrupted or damage to the memory card or device.
Samsung is not responsible for losses that result from the misuse of damaged memory cards, including the loss of data.

● If you enabled Power Saving Mode, Power saving mode limits the performance of the device. So we recommend disabling the Power Saving mode in your device.

2. Galaxy device touch issue: ● Remove the screen protectors and cover from the device once and check the issue after restarting the device.

● Kindly check if the device's touch screen is physically damaged: The phone touch screen could stop working due to physical damage.

● Physical damage: The touch screen is broken or damaged. High temperature, cold, moisture, magnets, and static electricity can all damage the touchscreen of Android phones. If your screen is damaged, you need to carry your device with its ''original accessories'' to the ''Samsung authorized service center''.
If your screen is not damaged, Restart the phone by pressing the Power button and then tap on Restart.
Note: If you use the Fingerprint security feature, the phone will require your backup password to unlock after rebooting.

● How to restart the device: Press & hold the power key> Restart> Tap again to Restart.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

In case the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Mobile have been invented from ages do you think we don't know this stuffs
And if using sd card is bad for Mobile why giving this feature then
And the phone is having this problem since i brought
People buy brand phone because they don't have enough time to deal with this unwanted problem's if i have that much time i would have gone to service center and if i go i have to submit my device then which device i use and the important data it gonna affect my work
The reson i buy a samsung phone with lower specifications and higher price is because i don't have to deal with these problem still
Samsung is just a name nowadays i think
Just the old values pull us back 😔
