"Dear @SamsungMobile,

As a long-time Samsung user, I need your assistance. My Samsung Galaxy A71, purchased in Sep 2020, started having display issues after a software update, possibly in Mar/Apr 2023. The screen blinks & exhibits a faded green when the brightness decreases. I visited the service center, and they suggested a display replacement costing around Rs 7,000.

Here's the kicker - my phone has never been dropped or scratched, and I'm perplexed by this issue. I hoped it would be resolved with the next update, but on Oct 17, 2023, a mysterious White line appeared on the screen.

I'm in a tight spot financially, and I don't think it's fair to spend Rs 7,000 on a display for a phone that's just over 3 years old and cost me Rs 30,000. I've been a dedicated Samsung customer for nearly a decade, owning Samsung monitors, a washing machine, and multiple phones, and I've never encountered an issue like this.

I hope that sharing my situation will result in a satisfactory response from Samsung. I don't want to think about switching brands. 🙏

I had updated in the month of March, after that the display was blinking or green and now this line has come on 17th October.

Bhai jiska jiska problem hain sab eksath ek tweet karo. Dekhte hain kuch rply deta hain ki nahi. Uske bad sochenge kya karna hain. Humne paise de kar phone kharida hain free mein nahi
