Iam using Samsung charger 25w the phone is charging without any issue. Why information showing not charging.
If the device is not charging or plugged in, that will be the status. Its to indicate if its charging or not.
As i can see your device is not connected with any sort of charging device or power supply its normal to show that the battery status as not charging.
NB: You may find different battery status information upon wired and wireless charging.
