Scamsung has released a software update with march security patch in Thailand instead of releasing One ui 7.0.
Maybe, it's because of the dimensity processor, they can't release the update till now :).

The A346B/EUX (Europe) variant had already received the March security update back in April, and now the rollout has begun in Indonesia and Singapore as well. India is likely to receive it soon, especially since the A346E/THL and XID models have started getting the update.

You're also partially right, the main issue is the chipset not being fully optimized enough for One UI 7, resulting in performance drops compared to how it ran on One UI 6. As a result, the OS upgrade in Korea has been postponed to June 2025, with the team actively working to resolve these issues. We will still be receiving Android 15.

The reason you're saying is not correct. When a company wants to release or update their phone with new android update, they have to certify from signal carrierer, bluetooth certification, wifi certification and most importantly Soc certification. The Soc certifier in this case of Galaxy A34 is Mediatek which is usually very slow in terms of approving these kinds of certification. It has been seen many times in recent times too. Most probably, Samsung can't release the software officially for A34 because Mediatek didn't give them the approval till now.
Anyways, Android 15 is not a 1TB sized software that a midrange processor can't run it. Even, budget processors can run One ui 7.

I've been saying the same thing, if other MediaTek Helio chipsets can run One UI 7, then why not the A34? But it looks like there might be some issues with the kernel as well.

Yeah, it was back in April. It’s possible that the March security patch addresses key vulnerabilities necessary for receiving Android 15. Now that this has been realized, the patch is being rolled out to the remaining CSCs.
