● Settings screen>Advanced features > Motions and gestures> Turn on the double tap to turn on the screen.
● Clear app cache through Device care: Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.
● Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.
