my A7 doesn't connect to usb mass storage!!!!!
my Android is upgrade to 7 but it can't connect yet.

please give information about my problem if this model support otg usb device.

when nougat update officially release for ur country u will receive it. but u should check it by ur software update setting.

You'll have to use a dedicated USB-C OTG connector. the normal OTG cable with a type C adapter will not work.
