just 20 days old with one assist 2 years ADLD
It's started hanging, also touch doesn't work properly, waste of money, Main to soch raha hun Bhai kisi ko ye phone Lene ka bhoot Chadha ho to Mera hi lelo with bill🙂

A thumb rule for Samsung Never buy a Samsung with exynos chipset. You will never be satisfied with the performance of your phone.

But bro it has MediaTek Dimensity 630,

Even that is bad. 6300 and below is not good dimensity if u ever want this chipset always make sure it is above 7000

As per your concern, we would request you kindly perform the following steps to resolve your device touch and hanging issues.

1. Galaxy device touch issue: ● Remove the screen protectors and cover from the device once and check the issue after restarting the device.
Path: Press the power and volume down keys simultaneously for a few seconds.

● Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.
● Enable/ Disable sensitivity touch: Settings> Display >Touch sensitivity.
● Check space availability: Settings > Device Care >Storage.
● Keep your app updated: Tap on Google Play Store app or Galaxy Store> Manage apps & device> Apps available to update> If you want to update apps individually, tap See details and then tap the Update button next to the app you would like to update.

2. Galaxy device hanging issue: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/how-to-reboot-a-frozen-galaxy-device/

● Clear cache memory of a particular application: Settings > Apps > pick the app > Storage > Clear Cache
● Close Background Apps.
● Remove third party application.
● Remove memory card: Apps > Settings > Device maintenance > Storage > More option > Storage settings > SD card > Unmount.
Remove third party accessories

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/
