📣 Community Feedback: Samsung – Why Is Nepal Left Behind?

I’ve had enough.

I use a Samsung Galaxy A16 5G, and I’ve just updated to One UI 7 — the latest and greatest, right? But guess what? Still NO Good Lock. NO Fine Lock.

It’s like Samsung doesn’t even recognize Nepal as part of the user base. Every other country gets full access to these features that literally define the Samsung customization experience — but here in Nepal? We’re left hanging. Again.

I’m rocking the latest phone with the latest update, and I still get treated like a second-class user. What’s the logic behind that? Why release these apps globally but block Nepal? What did we do wrong?

It’s honestly starting to feel discriminatory. Yes, I said it. We're customers too. We paid full price for these devices. So why not give us the same treatment?

🔻 Phone: Samsung Galaxy A16 5G
🔻 One UI Version: 7 (Updated)
🔻 Problem: No Good Lock. No Fine Lock. No fair reason.

Come on, Samsung. Be better than this.

Rating: -1/1000.
Nepali users are tired of being ignored.
Disappointed. 😑😪

So because “most” Nepali people use Chinese phones, the rest of us who do choose Samsung don’t deserve equal features?

That’s your logic? Seriously?

We paid the same money, bought the same phones, and got the same updates. We’re loyal users — and numbers shouldn’t define who gets full features and who gets left behind. That’s not user respect, that’s pure neglect.

Even if we’re fewer in number, we still count.
Nepali users are not invisible.

Do better.
