Galaxy AI would like to express my immense anguish at the way you people from “Samsung” along with your collaborator viz. “Blue Dart Courier”, are treating gullible customers and taking us for a ride. I know pretty well that multi-nationals are here in India to make fast money at the cost of gullible people.
Last week, I had decided to buy a Samsung A22 (5G) phone and after doing much netsurfing etc., I was under the illusion that it would be worthwhile to buy directly online. Subsequently I had placed an order towards purchase of A22 phone and also payment was made on-line, and the amount was derived, taking into consideration for the price towards exchange of my old phone.
The courier agent from “Blue Dart Courier” had arrived with the parcel carrying the package containing the cellphone. He examined my old-phone, and his examination was similar to the way a qualified goldsmith would evaluate diamonds, and he concluded, of course unilaterally, that the said phone could not be accepted for exchange.
My questions on his examination of the to-be exchanged phone:
- Is he a qualified cellphone service personnel? How could he straight-away estimate/reject my phone.
- Even though, you might have given such absolute power/s to a delivery-agent, I for one feel that it is ridiculous on your part to give such sweeping-powers to a delivery-agent.
- Even accepting your authority to assign such sweeping power/s to a delivery-agent, you SHOULD have stated this condition, before placement of order and payment, that the courier personnel would inspect and if he was not satisfied, he would not handover the new phone (even though payment was received by you).
When the delivery–agent refused to hand over the newly purchased phone, for which I had already made payment, stating the rejection of my, to-be exchanged phone, I clearly told him that I shall pay the balance amount due, as a result of rejection of my old phone but then, still he refused. Subsequently I contacted the Samsung customer-care and he was simply speaking like a robot/parrot.
All along I had very high regards about SAMSUNG, but that has been falsified and it is clearly proven that your image is just a mirage and does not reflect the reality.
I do not as to “how or when”, you are going to resolve my grievance and the mental agony that I had suffered as a result of this transaction. Furthermore, at the time of writing down this grievance-letter, I would like to state that my hard-earned money is lying with you, until you return, without accrual of any INTEREST & I am left with no new-phone.
