Samsung a50s no sound/fast playback problem

Restarted my samsung galaxy a50s today and all sound was gone, even headphones are not being detected, cant hear voice of callers or they cant hear mine, and another thing is that all videos on different platforms like facebook,insta,whatsapp are playing at super fast speed, tried factory reset didnt work, also music doesnt play at all as in its stuck on same time and doesnt move when I tap play button, what to do?

they say that I need to replace screen even though its a software issue claiming that since I got phone repaired from unauthorized center my phone can shut down if I dont replace my screen, this issue has been happening wayy before I got my screen damaged and repaired, sounds like theyre trying to cheat me

I don't know the exact reason of this problem.

I guess just gonna wait till android 11 update drops in april
