I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a concerning issue I have been facing with my Samsung A53 5G device.

First and foremost, I want to emphasize that I am generally satisfied with the performance of my Samsung A53 5G. However, I recently discovered that the device seems to be unable to play 4K videos on YouTube, limiting the video resolution to only 1080p. As a consumer, this is a significant concern for me, considering that the device is advertised to support 4K video playback.

I have ensured that my phone's software and YouTube app are up to date, yet the problem persists. It's disheartening to invest in a device that promises certain features but fails to deliver on them.

I purchased this Samsung A53 5G device for INR 36,000, which is a considerable investment for me.I am sure you can understand my disappointment and how it affects my trust in your products.

I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and provide a prompt resolution. It could be a bug that needs fixing through a software update or any other appropriate solution to enable 4K video playback on the YouTube app.

Please escalate this issue to the relevant department or authority if necessary. I believe that rectifying this problem would not only address my concerns but also enhance the overall user experience for Samsung A53 5G.

I'm also a Samsung galaxy A53 5G user and recently I talked to samsung care about unable to play 2160p [4K] video on youtube and they said Exynos 1280 Processor has not capable to play 2160p [4k] video but only record video through camera app . So, everything is clear . There is no any bug which fix this resolution issue. It's hardware problem

Thanks
