I have a Samsung Galaxy A22 max, I am facing a problem with my samsung wallet on sign up. Wenever I try to signup it always shows signup failed. Please help me to try to resolve it.

Or else u can try wipe the clear data and clear cache..

If the problem persists, reset the phone. (Data should be backed up.)
