Samsung Galaxy a50 proximity sensor issues

I bought my first samsung a7 2018 in feb 2019. it has proximity sensor issues. The screen flashes during calls. Because the screen doesnt go black during calls, my cheek turns on bluetooth and starts scanning for other devices, or it mutes me during calls or turns the calls onto speaker! Samsung service here in Hungary had no resolution. I sent my a7 to them 2x for a resolution but nothing on their end, they said the phone works fine, so I bought a Samsung a40 after in july, same issues, annoying Issues. Then bought a samsung a50 in december and I am currently experiencing the same problems. Im really annoyed because I begged Samsung Hungary to come up wit a resolution and nothing and Same with Samsung US. Any recommendations which Samsung DOES NOT have these issues? Im going to get another one just need to figure out which Samsung doesnt have proximity sensor issues.

My brother in law has an a40 and he hasnt experienced these issues. My boss has an a20 I think, and hers is fine too. Im really loving my a50 but hate talking on my phone because its annoying how my cheek touches the screen and then my  phone has its own life!

proximity issue duri g call display.

if your going with another samsung phone then go with s10lite or s10e or wait for Samsung's s20 these make better choice instead wasting on A series

If you are using Indian variant Galaxy A7 (2018) device. In order to examine the issue occurring in your device, kindly send device log file within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details using Samsung Member Application i.e. Samsung Member Application > click on + icon > send feedback > error report > collect log files > attach.
