Samsung Galaxy A71 My Files Folder Issue

I am not able to open the samsung galaxy A71 mobile"My File" folder after updating the Android 12, pls suggest what to do.

Did u factory reset after updating. If not do it now . It's important to do after major update . I did it and my battery life improved charging speed is fast , etc .

Uninstall the update. You sideloaded My Files from apkmirror.

After updating to Android 12, there is update available on galaxy store. Update the app. Then try to clear cache and data of my files app.

Open my files, click on 3 dots go to settings about my files, share the screen shot. Otherwise share the version of my files from setting.

From where you got this version. Latest version of my files for A71 on galaxy store is 13.0.01.31.

I think that is why it is not working for you.
