Dear Samsung,
I am using my Samsung galaxy A35 since 1month . My device battery is draining very fast and heating even in normal temperature. I purchased Samsung device to get more battery backup but it's opposite.I am completely disappointed with Samsung. Also there are lots of bugs and sometimes it lags.
Kindly solve my issue regarding battery and heating problem.🥲

For batter drain first of all you have to optimise your phone for optimising goto>settings>battery and device care>optimise your phone>go to battery option>then on put unused app to sleep

Okk To prevent battery drain on a Samsung device, you can try several methods:Optimize settings: Adjust screen brightness, turn off unnecessary features like Bluetooth, GPS, or NFC when not in use.Limit background processes: Close apps running in the background that you're not using.Update apps and software: Ensure your device's operating system and apps are up to date to benefit from performance and battery optimizations.Use power-saving modes: Enable power-saving modes provided by Samsung, which can restrict background processes and optimize performance.Monitor battery usage: Check which apps are consuming the most battery power and consider uninstalling or optimizing them.Manage sync settings: Reduce the frequency of syncing for apps like email, social media, and cloud services.Keep your device cool: High temperatures can drain the battery faster, so avoid exposing your device to extreme heat.Use a dark theme: On devices with OLED screens, using a dark theme can help save battery power by reducing the energy needed to display black pixels.Consider a battery replacement: If your battery is old or not holding a charge well, consider replacing it to improve battery life.

For heating turn off your WiFi GPS and Bluetooth when you don't have to use it then on power sharing this works when your phone overheats and minimise your brightness
