Samsung A8 star camera problem

Hi samsung.. may i ask how to solve my camera buzzing sound? My phone camera keeping like that and cant solve it.. I hope samsung service centre can take action as soon as possible.

when I open my camera the sound or buzzing comes from the earpiece and its because of dual intellicam feature in our A8 star

I bought Samsung galaxy A8 star just a year before, the camera quality is undoubtedly stunning.

But a few days back the camera stopped working, whenever i open the camera it just makes a lot of buzzing sound and doesnt even focus, 

I bought this phone specifically for its camera, and it turns out to be a waste investment. I tried various methods, like reseting camera, updating phone, changing camera app, and what not.

Please comment for any apt solution.
