I am using a73 device since 4 years but never faced any issue or bug. I got a ui 6.1 2-3 days ago and I downloaded and installed the update. Then i faced very dangerous issue or bugs like touch screen freezing and automatically work screen please 
 SAMSUNG TEAM
 please give us some bugs fix update

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. How is it possible? A73 was launched on 2022, how can have u used it for 4 years?

Dear Samsung member,

Greetings from Samsung customer support.

As per your query, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Please check removing and reinserting'' the battery (If removable) or restart (soft reset) your device.
Please follow the below steps, if the battery is removable:
Remove back cover from the device>>Gently remove the battery>>Re-insert the battery>>Fix the back cover.

Please follow the below steps, If the battery is non removable:
Press the power and volume down key simultaneously for few seconds.

Check space availability:
Path: Settings > Device Care >Storage
To improve the device performance there should be sufficient space. Request you to keep at least ''minimum 20% internal memory free''.

Update device software (If Software update available): https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

Reset the device: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-mobile-how-to-perform-a-factory-res...

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Samsung is notorious for downloading performance of older phone models through updates so that is Not surprising.

Only solution to Samsung issues and bugs is its alternative. Unless Samsung face mass decline in sales and pressure from competition it won't change its ways.
