I am using Galaxy A71 and currently facing
 problem while receiving or making call 
 
 Once the call is connected the voice of other person can't be
 Heard sometimes. I need to restart the phone and
 then make a call again. I have done hard reset of my
 phone. The problem got resolved but again same
 happened after few weeks
 
This problem issue become software update1 Feb 24

Please reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time, restart your's device without any Sim in slots also interchange Sim in slots also turn off power saving mode then try to it's again. As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Kindly reset the network settings. Settings> General Management> Reset> Reset Network Setting.

Reset settings- Path: Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset settings.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Tap on Settings>Device Care> Storage> Clean Now.

The clear cache memory of a particular application:
Settings > Apps > Now pick the app you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.

Kindly check the same SIM card in another phone or another SIM card in the same phone to verify the issue.

Update device software (If available): Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
