Dear Galaxy users, 

I am humbly requesting everyone to please take out some time to air a serious grievance of coloured annoying lines appearing on screen after updates on our phones.

I know many of you who have this problem just pay money and get the screen replaced as you want oeace of mind and avoid conflicts. But please understand that this is not about money or saving time. This is about collective good of people theough compelling big companies to give up coercive money milking tactics via public torturing. 

First we buy a high end device with our preciously earned money (some of you may disagree) and then suddenly because of one update our phones get ruined. We are cornered via many excuses to accept that its our fault and then pay up to get our preciuosly loved phone repaired and new. 

But point is, why would we waste our time when we know its their fault. Every phone now a days have this issue of faulty updates ruiningour phones. Earlier we would get a smartphone and use it for years without any hiccup. Now its like buying a car and keep insurance ready. Its just unfair when smartphones are becoming a necessity. Even when we go to service centre they keep our phones for 1 week to one month which is a huge time regarding how phones are like basic necessities for some of us.

Here is a process to raise your voice. I'm following this process too. Open support section of Members app and send an email to Samsung CEO. Then visit Samsung service centre and do a regular checkup of your smartphone. Again send an email mentioning the memo number of the service done. Keep pressuring them to give a free service if you're facing issues after update.

I have a galaxy A73 5g whose screen replacement will cost about 7.5k. It may not be too much but I feel cheated and abused by such behaviour of such a big company when we're buying a hefty priced low processing oower phone with oblverheating issues and no FM radio and 3.5mm ports.

I beg for your help. Please help us get justice.
