Samsung A6+ - Slow charging after October-2019 update

Phone charging is very slow after updating my Samsung A6 Plus and taking 7-8 hours to get full charge.

Even after factory reset it takes 5-6hrs to charge 0-100%. Felt bad....

charger is gone. change it. faced the same few months back. changed the charger, everything is now fine

Hi there,

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

>Charge the device in switch-off mode.

>Charge the device with the other original charger.

>If available in your device than Enable fast charging (Scroll down notification panel>Setting >Device maintenance>Battery>3 dots (upper right corner) >Advanced setting>Fast cable charging>Enable).

>Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->USB/Charger).

my samsung galaxy a6 plus charger has same issue. when I connect it says charging slowly.
