Hi All,

just had chat with samsung on WhatsApp, they said Samsung has removed L1 from samsung devices since it was causing problem of heating and lagging. now Samsung has L3 for all devices.

We will be no longer streaming HD on Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hotstar Etc.

Kindly WhatsApp Samsung team on

+91 1800 5726 7864

And request for L1 to provide.

yes.. it shows everyone L1 but Samsung has internally changed it to L3 causing device heating and lagging. that's why we are unable to stream in HD

brother, the problem is not with Netflix or Prime or other OTT platforms. the problem is with Samsung that they have shifted all L1 devices to L3

and to be very honest, i figured this issue with Zee5 where 1080p HD content wouldn't play however 480p or 360p videos were played. 😑😑
