Samsung A50 not charging after the update.

Hi guys can you please help, my A50 is not working after an update. It says charging but I left it overnight and Im almost out of batt after I woke up. I just bought the phone like 3 months ago, so battery life is not an issue here. I checked my port and I dont see any damage. My guts tell me it's the software update that I made. Can you please help?

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report).

Huh??  Are you people at Samsung on drugs?  That link is to a solution for the issue:  MY PHONE IS NOT POWERING ON 

THIS HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CHARGING ISSUE.

Have the exact same issue ....have tried with the original charger and lead ,my wifes charger and lead and it won't work( both work fine on her phone also an a50 ,she hasn't done update yet )

Have found I am able to plug it into my laptop and it seems to charge ...but not ideal solution ....would like to take to a Samsung service centre but sadly nearest one is a 2 hour drive away,have tried all your fixes given to last guy and nothing working .....phone is only 9 months old btw and batt life was good ,a few random issues with not charging as apparently there was moisture in the charging port.....had been sat on my desk at work at the time ...not much water there lol  

Any help would be appreciated

i am facing the same issue.... just bought it 4 months Ago...... I'm having a big frame drop issue when capturing video especially slow motion
