Samsung A50 battery draining quickly and taking long to charge

I just bought Samsung A50 2days back it takes 3hours to charge 0 to 100% and I am getting only 4hours of screen usage time that too hardly.

get a replacement ...I have a50 but I am not experiencing any issues...it takes 55 min from 0 to 100 and have no issues of backup

bro i think u r not good in counting.. samsung A50 takes min 1min to 1% how ur phone gets charged in 55min plz tell us more about this supernatural power

yeah actually today I visited Samsung service center, they reinstalled os , and asked me to use for some time, and they said if problem was not solved they take the phone and keep it observation then they are going to replace the device
