I didn't receive any software update from Samsung to my A34. It is still showing August 1 security patch update. November is going to end, when will I get update ? I am facing several bug issues like 5g is not stable and proximity sensor is not working all the time. It's very disappointing.

We would get android 14 that is one ui 6 directly, as from today stable version is started rolling out for beta tester.
We would probably get it by 28 of this month

Bro i bought mine last month the story is same but i dont have major bugs its running pretty smooth i think so because its just still running on out of the box security patch

Kindly perform the following steps to resolve your proximity sensor not working issue.

1- Remove the screen protectors and cover from the device once and check the issue after restarting the device.

2- Check for Dust or A Crack on the Screen Sensor.

3- Restart the device: Press & hold the power key> Restart> Tap again to Restart.

5- You can reset your device by following the steps from the below link.

I heard you can downgrade using odin, but its too risky and might brick your phone
