Samsung A31 new update issue

So new update dropped for samsung a31 with November's security patch with a size of 1018.34 MB possibly with One UI 2.5 but it won't install 😕 I freed some space but still unable to install. Installation failed 3 times.

Help needed.

Visit a service center, they will update it for you. It will erase all your data.

They didn't erase data just downloaded the software on their network.

try download the firmware from trusted sites if not worked try flashing the firmware or reset but it will erase your data do it on our own risk

flashing phone by myself is it risky?

flashing the same firmware will not erase data but you should backup your files in your samsung cloud

reboot in safe mode and then turn off...
even if it doesn't work contact Samsung Support
