Samsung A20 Charging problem

why show cable charging ,,  can not show fast charging   and slow charg

i have s9+ and A50 i use the same charger fot both s9 gets charged but a50 not..same problem with my sis phn a50.
it shows charging but whn i start my phone it does not get started.
it remains 0% battery
could u help me start my phone
i tried to start it in safe mode also

kindly drop a error report in the get help section. Samsung will help you up. according to you its seems a software issue. if possible please share me the screenshot of the reply from Samsung

go to battery section and turn on fast charging

check ur cable make sure fast charging is on or not
