SAMSUNG A71 CHARGING ISSUE ENCOUNTER!!!

I was being paranoid of thinking how is my Samsung A71 is not charging? I was just Is there's something wrong the charging pin? Or did I step on the charger cable so that my phone is not charging, etc.

I did everything to find the issue. I just clean the charging pin. I already fix the charger cable, I plugged and unplugged, Restart, reset and so many more.

Then In my curiosity I tried to use different charger then it's worked its getting charged.

But is not fast charging! And now I'm encountering a heating issue while charging. Samsung please fix this!!!! There's something wrong with the software! There's so many complaint about this issue! And we haven't heard anything to help us with this issue!!!!

I am also encountering the same charging issue. Phone not detecting the charger at all. Bought the phone before 3 months. If anybody find solution for this issue please reply.

This A 71 phone stopped charging today, I've tried several chords and different chargers but it will not charge. I need help because I have all of my personal information in it and can't return it until I get my information out of it

I'm also experiencing the same issue. Bought my A71 brand new then after 3 weeks my phone doesn't charge anymore. Try using another charger and it's working on my phone. I tried the original A71 charger on another phone and it's also working but it no longer works on my phone. I'm using another charger at the moment and it's not a fast charger. The phone is so nice but I'm just very disappointed about the charging issue. I dont have the time yet to go to service center. Samsung pls help.

The same issue with samsung a71 after last softwaere update. The phone does not recognise any of the samsung chargers.

I have the same problem with my A71.  Phone won't charge sometimes.. its 3 months old. What is the solution? Think it's a samsung problem... there ar a lot of peopke with this problem... SAMSUNG?

Im currently experiencing the same issue. I initially thought the problem was with the charger. But I have a friend who also uses the same model of super fast charger (for his samsung Note10+), and used my charger, it works. Alternatively, I used his superfast charger on my A71 and it doesn't work. I have concluded that the problem is with the charging port of the unit. Its been with me for around 2months only. How disappointing.

i have the same issue i always charging my a71 when it shutdown but today  for some reason i test to charged when its on and problem started :

1- started charging but it disconnected after 1-2 minute (i thought is power plugin issue but is was not)

2-after that i shut down my phone and try it to charging it same thing charging and disconnecting charging

3-while is doing that it show massage short circuit and yellow triangle  inside battery  and slide line  on it

4- after that it stop charging either ways

5- last new massage shows Its showing DEVICE NOT SUPPORTED twice and stop appearing after that

samsung  i do use my phone (for 7 month now i bought it new) im in somalia we don't have samsung branch and i don't what to do now i trusted  you because i used you old phones grand prime still working good now but i bought a71 for 370$ it take me almost 2 year together this money you know life is tough here so i hope you found solution or i will Literally heart  broken .

I had the same problem, Samsung sent me a new cable and charger but still doesn't work. I bought a USB-c cable and tried with another charger and it works. Not sure what's the problem but it might be related with the software update..
