Galaxy AI was being paranoid of thinking how is my Samsung A71 is not charging? I was just Is there's something wrong the charging pin? Or did I step on the charger cable so that my phone is not charging, etc.
I did everything to find the issue. I just clean the charging pin. I already fix the charger cable, I plugged and unplugged, Restart, reset and so many more.
Then In my curiosity I tried to use different charger then it's worked its getting charged.
But is not fast charging! And now I'm encountering a heating issue while charging. Samsung please fix this!!!! There's something wrong with the software! There's so many complaint about this issue! And we haven't heard anything to help us with this issue!!!!

Galaxy AI am also facing the same issue, and I bought A71 from Samsung website. I noticed the charging problem on the first week itself and took it to the service centre, and they told it because of corrosion and for repair I have to pay $187. I have escalated the case to VOC, and I am waiting for the resolution. I regret buying that phone.

Galaxy ASamsung got back to me on Facebook with a solution. Here it is:
Let's try putting the phone into Safe Mode. You can do this using the following steps: From the home screen swipe down to access settings > Tap the power icon > Tap Power off > Tap Power off again > Hold down the Side key to switch the phone back on > As the phone is starting up, hold down the volume down button until the home screen appears The phone will restart. Safe mode will now display in the bottom-left hand corner of your device to confirm that Safe mode has been enabled. Please try charging the phone again. Does this resolve the issue? ^RL
