Rich communication service feature not working in message app of any Samsung device. please check and resolve the problem. This problem came in 2020, then we got it corrected by mailing rcsdev@samsung.com. But now it is showing mail id address not found. We have also complained about this in Samsung India head office but they are refusing to acknowledge the problem and are not ready to listen to the customer their point of view. please check this problem and solve as soon as possible. this problem coming form 3rd june 2023.
