Rich communication service not working in any Samsung device messages app.

Rich communication service feature not working in message app of any Samsung device. please check and resolve the problem. This problem came in 2020, then we got it corrected by mailing rcsdev@samsung.com. But now it is showing mail id address not found. We have also complained about this in Samsung India head office but they are refusing to acknowledge the problem and are not ready to listen to the customer their point of view. please check this problem and solve as soon as possible. this problem coming form 3rd june 2023.

No, we will only use Samsung Message because it has more features. From Google messages. And this is Samsung's software problem. Samsung needs to fix this.

I also use Samsung Message.

But if you want to use RCS, then go for Google Message. Samsung Message have some issue currently, confirmed by Samsung team.

Yes it will be doing but will stop later.Because gradually it is coming in all the devices, the one which was used earlier, has come first, the one which will be used later, will come later.
