Galaxy AHi there!
I require a duplicate invoice copy for an order made on the Samsung Website for insurance claiming purposes.
However, I am unable to find a link to the invoice in "My Orders" tab, Samsung customer care doesn't solve the purpose as the issue has been escalated to the back-end team but no response has been received for over a week now.
I tried sending a request to all Samsung support E-mail IDs I could find including the CEO but to no avail!
Is there anyone here that can help or shall I consider my trust in Samsung services broken?

2. You can write an e mail to - servicehead.in@samsung.com.
3. Contact in whatsApp no. +91180057267864 timing 9 A.M to 6 P.M 7 days a week they will surely help you .
I hope this may work for your to get Invoice .
