Dear Samsug, as we all can see you're more focused on producing new phones and updating, supporting only your flagship devices. I own midrange A50 and been waiting patiently for updates to bring camera improvement, as I mainly use camera most. But it seems you have completely forgot about us midrange and budget phone users. I see hundreds of posts here daily asking for camera and battery improvements. If you are not gonna addressed them then what's the use of this forum. Always remember people can go for other brands, but still we pay few more bucks and buy samsung because loyalty and service which you have shown in past brings us here. I myself promote Samsung in family and been using it for years. Please now don't let us doubt your service. If you are too busy with your flagship phones, request you to atleast provide full access of Camera 2 API and rest we will handle. 🙏Or people like me mainly about camera are better off with OnePlus from next time.
yeah.. totally agree, my device is j7 max and was unable to enable cam 2 api, but its totally impossible unless I root my phone but I don't want to root. And was thinking to upgrade to some other midranges as I couldn't afford any flagship. but what i will get even if I upgrade to other phone? I can't even capture a long exposure shots😑, I can wait for one year even after that Samsung does the same on their phone (not letting control on shutter speed, not enabled cam 2 api) I can finely buy other brands phone.
