Dear Samsung Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally report a bug in the Samsung Calculator application that is negatively impacting the user experience.

Issue Details:
Upon launching the Samsung Calculator app, a zero (0) is displayed by default on the screen. While this may appear trivial, it frequently leads to calculation errors, as users must manually clear the zero before inputting values. This is particularly problematic during rapid or sequential calculations.

Expected Behavior:
The calculator should ideally open with a blank input field, allowing users to begin calculations immediately without interference. This aligns with the behavior of many other calculator applications and would significantly improve usability.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Samsung Calculator app.
2. Observe the default zero (0) displayed on the screen.

Supporting Evidence:
To assist with troubleshooting, I have attached a screen recording that clearly demonstrates the issue. The video shows the app launching with the default zero and highlights the inconvenience it causes during use.

I kindly request that your team investigate this issue and implement a fix in a future software update. As a dedicated Samsung user, I believe resolving this will enhance the app’s reliability and user satisfaction.

Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and provide updates on any corrective actions. For your convenience, I am happy to share additional details or test beta fixes if needed.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

Sincerely,
KANCHANA ADITYA RAMANA SAI NAGENDRA
